Community Testimonials and Stories
We believe that the voices of our residents and their families are the heart of our community. Our testimonials showcase the experiences and stories of those who have chosen to call our senior living community home. From exceptional care and vibrant social activities to a supportive environment that fosters independence, our residents share how our dedicated team and welcoming atmosphere have enriched their lives.
When it became clear that my mom could no longer live at home following a rehab stay, we needed to move her quickly as we live abroad. Christina and the team at New Seasons were extremely reactive and accommodating and we were able to get my mom settled before flying out. From our first visit, we were impressed by the professional and positive attitude of the director and her team. In fact, everyone we met- both staff and residents - were pleasant and helpful.
The food is really good (nice homemade soups!) and there is always a set menu to choose from if the daily specials don't appeal. We ate there twice with my mom. Her waitress is incredibly friendly and sociable. We have been able to do a video call with my mom. This was Christina's suggestion and I thought it would be great if it happened. David, the activities director, came to meet us and made it happen. My mom was thrilled and couldn't stop talking about it.
I have to say that my interactions with the staff (receptionists, nurses, aids and therapists) both on the phone and in person have been positive. But perhaps the most telling sign is how my mom seems to me. Moving to New Seasons has been a huge change for her. Yet, after nearly a month, I can tell she feels comfortable and is not afraid to ask for help. Thank you to the entire team!
